Ellie Gonsalves is an Australian model, actress, entrepreneur and Wildlife Warriors Ambassador.

Born in Brisbane, Australia, Ellies career in the modeling world began at the young age of 13 when she was signed to a child modeling agency. While finishing her education at a high school in Brisbane, she kept a busy schedule performing in theatre and taking acting classes with NIDA in-between school and modeling work. 

Since then she has flexed her entrepreneurial muscles and designed her own swimwear collection, worked with some of the biggest labels in the world such as L’Oreal, Khloe Kardashian's clothing brand Good American - in which Ellie was flown to LA to shoot alongside the reality star, joining the famous #GOODSQUAD, Beautyblender and GUESS Jeans. 

Ellie been on the covers of Treats!, MAXIM Magazine and starred in a 2017 Super Bowl commercial which aired in front of 150+ million people. Further to this, Ellie opened up the SWIM show at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week for Fella Swim and has been a prominent face at some of Australia's most renowned events; VAMFF, MBFWA, Melbourne Cup, Portsea Polo, Miss Universe.

In 2010 Ellie was named a global ambassador of the Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors charity which was founded by Australian icons Steve and Terri Irwin. In 2018 she was a proud recipient of the Wildlife Warriors award at the Steve Irwin Day Charity event for almost a decade of her work with the internationally acclaimed charity.

In January 2017 Ellie was handpicked by Dwayne (The Rock) Johnson to play WWE Diva ‘Madison’ in the comedy/drama Hollywood Blockbuster 'Fighting with My Family'. The film is produced by Seven Bucks Productions, written and directed by Stephen Merchant and stars Dwayne Johnson, Lena Headey, Vince Vaughn, Florence Pugh and Nick Frost, it premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and was released in cinemas worldwide February 2019 and can now be found on streaming services like Netflix, Amazon TV, Apple TV & iTunes.

In 2019 Ellie worked alongside award winning director Peter Spann and starred in/co-produced an award-winning dark comedy short film called ‘ZEBRA’. Taking out the Festigious International Film Festival ‘Best Dark Comedy’, 'Best Horror' and ‘Best Actress in an indie’ film awards, ‘Best Horror Film’ by New York Film Awards, 'Best Horror' by Los Angeles Film Awards and ‘Best Dark Comedy’ award by Topshorts Film Festival. 

Most recently Ellie completed filming for the third season of the SBS Logie award winning documentary ‘Filthy Rich & Homeless’. Ellie included in the five high-profile Australians with the potential and international reach to effect real change swap their lives to discover what life is like for the nation’s homeless in the country’s most expensive city – Sydney. Filthy Rich & Homeless premiered over three consecutive nights – June 9, 10 and 11 2020 on SBS with record breaking ratings.

She combined her passion for health and fitness and launched her Body By Ellie Program to her online community, a guide to how she transformed her body and life which has reached thousands of women around the world.
